*Omakase is a term derived from Japanese language meaning “leaving it up to the you” giving the artist the opportunity to provide the best quality outcome.

OUR TERMS


We kindly ask you to value our time and give us 24hr notice to reschedule or cancel.

If you were to cancel less than 24hrs of the appointment time, a cancellation fee will occur;
  • Less than 24 hours' notice of cancellation will result 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • 'NO SHOW' will charge 100% of the reserved service amount.
  • Same day cancellation will be  100% of the reserved service amount.

Schedule:
  • We will hold your slot for 15 minutes. It will automatically cancel after that.
  • We cannot schedule future appointments for anyone with outstanding fees.
  • By scheduling your appointment, you agree to adhere to these policies.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS.

All service sales are final. If you require a fix within 7 days of your appointment, it will be provided at no charge. 

Please note, customers under the age of 16 are not eligible for complimentary repairs within this timeframe.

CLIENTS


Your understanding is appreciated; missed or canceled appointments without adequate notice prevent us from serving others on our waitlist.

Our online booking system automatically cancels multiple appointments scheduled closely together to prevent overlaps. If you need to book several appointments intentionally, please contact us directly for assistance.

Please contact us by 5pm the day before your scheduled appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.
